Monster

This is a Necarch vampire on a winged nightmare (to be exact the model is the Games Workshop model "Melkhior on Winged Nightmare" by Trish Morrison from 1999, Product Code: 99110207072).
The model is quite nice but not that large. I painted it exactly like the original GW model.

The Vampire Black Coach from GW. The model is converted a little bit. The banner-pole with the torso is exchanged with a normal toothpick to allow a big banner (see banner-section). The whole thing was glued to a piece of wood.
